In this one, we’re breaking down real junkyard parts that actually sold from our eBay store since our 1st trip to the yard back in July. Since then we have sourced a total of 39 parts from the junkyard and have already sold 11 of them. 🤑

These are the kinds of parts most people walk right past at the yard, but they can turn into real profit when you know what to look for. 👀

We finally found our first 2003 Toyota 4Runner at the junkyard, and this one had some parts worth checking. 🚗🔧💰

In this video, we go through the 4Runner and look for BOLO parts that resellers can potentially flip on eBay, including interior parts, controls, clusters, modules, trim pieces, and other easy-to-ship OEM parts buyers are actively looking for. 👀

The crazy part about junkyard sourcing is that most people walk right past these vehicles without realizing there could be profit sitting inside. One good part can turn a quick yard trip into a solid flip. 🤑

We also check out a few other cars while we’re there, because sometimes the best finds are not always where you expect them.

We finally found our first Toyota 4Runner at the junkyard… and it had some parts worth checking. 🚗🔧💰

This one had just arrived at the yard, so we went straight to work looking for anything we could potentially flip for profit like the instrument cluster, HVAC controls, overhead console, modules, trim pieces, and more! 👀

We also checked out a few other cars while we were there, including an Audi TT and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, because sometimes the best finds are hiding in the vehicles most people walk right past.

That’s what makes junkyard sourcing so exciting:
One trip can turn into multiple flips if you know what to look for. 🤑

Found a Jaguar XF at the junkyard and realized there could be serious money hiding in the parts. 🚗🔧💰

This dash alone had comps that made me stop and think… because luxury car parts can bring big money on eBay when buyers need hard-to-find OEM replacements. 🤯

Most people walk past cars like this (I did in the video 😂)
Resellers see dashboards, vents, trims, switches, modules, emblems, and profit sitting in plain sight. 👀

This trip was a reminder that the junkyard can be one of the best places to find low-cost inventory with high upside. 🤑

We went junkyard hunting and found $350 in potential profit in just a few hours. 🚗🔧💰

This trip had a Jaguar XF, Infiniti G35, and BMW 320i, and each one had parts most people would walk right past.

That’s the crazy part about reselling: sometimes the money isn’t sitting on thrift store shelves… It’s hiding in old cars at the junkyard. 👀

Used OEM parts can be harder to find, easy to ship, and exactly what buyers are searching for when they need to fix or restore their vehicle.

Found a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T at the junkyard… and this is exactly why resellers should not sleep on used OEM car parts. 🚗🔧💰

Performance trims like the R/T can have parts that buyers are actively searching for: emblems, trim pieces, bezels, vents, switches, k***s, interior parts, and discontinued OEM pieces that are getting harder to find every year. 👀

Most people see an old Charger.
We see inventory hiding in plain sight. 📦🔥

The thrift store isn’t the only place to source. Sometimes the best flips are sitting in a junkyard waiting for someone to pull them.

We went to the junkyard to see if we could find profit hiding in old cars… and found a flip most people would walk right past. 🚗🔧💰

Paid $7 for used OEM air vents and listed them for around $75. That’s the kind of profit margin resellers are hunting for. 👀
