Had a great weekend last weekend at Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship. We want to give a huge thanks to everyone involved in putting this competition on! This is by far the best competition of the year and a great way to start the season off!

Congrats to Norala BBQ Team on the GC they freaking killed it! And to Weez’s Groving’ BBQ on their RGC and to everyone else who heard their name this weekend!

Going to be a fun weekend with the BBQ family. ZIPS BBQ Willingham's World Champion BBQ

It's competition weekend! The trailer is loaded and ready to roll today to the 6th Annual Royal Oak Charcoal Invitational. Looking forward to seeing all of our and the rest of the Royal Oak 2025 teams this weekend. Hunter and I are super excited to be cooking alongside our friend Waylon with ZIPS BBQ who is joining up with Willingham's this weekend.

Had a great weekend at City of Kennesaw's Pigs & Peaches BBQ Festival. It was a fun weekend as always when the BBQ family gets together. We can’t wait for next years to roll around (spoiler it’s gonna be in some cooler weather also). Huge thanks to everyone at the park for getting everything together and making sure everything flowed smooth.

We had a great cook and some good scores to go a long with it.

Had a great time at Poosa Q the other weekend! This had to be one of the best comps we have done, the staff was killer and responsive! Unfortunately we came home empty handed (well sort of the casino at least paid out) but still had the best time. We will be dialed in for City of Kennesaw's Pigs & Peaches BBQ Festival.

Had a great weekend at Honeybee Festival - LaFayette, GA. We decided to enter the Pro series instead of backyard this weekend, which was a nice to change things up.

Huge shoutout to Willingham's World Champion BBQ for giving us the opportunity to join them at World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. It’s always a good time whenever I’m with my BBQ family. Proud of everyone on the team we had some awesome turn ins!

I had the opportunity again to cook poultry and it was just as good as it was last year. We ended up taking 4th place again this year out of 85 damn good teams! This goes to show that Springer Mountain Farms has the best chicken on the market by far! I’d also like to give a shout out to ThermoPro for their amazing products, not only did we have a wireless TempSpikePro probe in the ice merchandiser to ensure our cold storage didn’t turn off, but the ThermoPro Lightning had my chicken and sauce dialed in on temperature.

We had a great weekend Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship even though the weather wasn’t very good. They put on a great contest and can’t wait to be back next year. Glad everyone had a safe cook! With that being said here are the results.

Pork- 23rd (first on our table 🤔)
