Congratulations to one of the most powerfully, invigorating couples I have met. These people are angels on earth, serving there purpose to their greatest abilities. I don’t even know the half of their accomplishments but I could feel they deserved a break on their wedding night to let loose and have a good time. Mostly, they TREATED themselves and their wedding guests to a wonderful wedding.

Cynthia & Elias asked for a colorful, fun, summer wedding filled with flowers and more flowers! So, I definately had some fun here. They took full advantage of our all-inclusive package that includes florals, rentals, travel, planning, signage and DOC. I love it when I get to be there from start to finish to cover all of the details a execute thoroughlly.

In addition, this is on mt top 5 favorite venues to work at. Why? Here are a few reasons:
-close-in concept, no major distances between each are, yet still has a nice flow, and seperation from space to space.
-Tables, chairs, and linens are included and always set by the time of my arrival
-Gorgeous wooden features such as the live top tables, wine barrells, bars, and more. Plus they have a lot of cool stuff to use that is actually useful!
-The owner is very laid back, very prompt to communication before and during the wedding. Very hard working and skilled family!
-The large poles and lighting allow for addition floral installations. Bringing in some of that wild greenery inside for a lush asthetic.

PSA to all of the artists that are doing their thing, making their footprint in the industry and staying strong through all of the hard work it takes to get to your dream event.

This wedding was very special to me in many ways. Starting with a more than ideal couple, Alannah & Tymer were a dream to work with from wedding planning to the day of their wedding. Not to mention the Bride’s stunning Mother who did an amazing job at being a Mom throughout. Its amazing when you instantly click with your clients and that bond holds thick til the end. Even though Olympia Blooms business is focused on floral design, our all-inclusive DOC package offers ample quantities of hospitality. Utilizing this feeddback to deliver a perfect day for the lovely couple.

A night full of fun, family and amazing ambience provide by the designers of Olympia Blooms Floral Design &Event Coordination. Offering dimensional and focused wedding planning. To create unique, timeless and memorable events such as Olivia and Tyler’s wedding day. We worked with this lovely couple for a year before their wedding. We started with knowing the venue, the pizza truck, and that we were going for a fall, garden~boho vibes. Incorporated sustainable elements with natural materials was the next fun design concept.

Once it came down to the day of ex*****on, our vendor team worked together as smooth as silk. We had a blast and did our thing! Which is where I land on choosing you vendors wisely, and setting the morale for the wedding vendors, wedding party, and wedding guests. This all roots back to the couple to be wed and the wedding planner. The core of the day starts with good vibes, and lasts until we all find our comfy shoes to go home in at the end of the night. You know who you are💖.

Another thing I would love to add is how this venue, the Metropolist made this event. From a close-in concept, easy transitions, gorgeous , rolling wood tables, awesome moveable wall enclosures for seamless transitions, and they have a crane! We got to do our first hanging installation on a crane with the assistance of an official crane operator.

However, nothing will top this amazing couple and their awesome family. These people know how to bring the party with them. A reminder that dance is a humane act that connects people, and created memories, you just need a good playlist! Olivia and Tyler were always a pleasure to work with, and it was honorable experience to be witness to their shared moments and creator of their wedding masterpieces.

What a classy fall wedding Michaela & Sam planned. This wedding was planned with thorough brainstorming, and precise innovision. To have created a modern, fall garden look with a sprinkle of timeless efforts. We took the offbeat colors of browns and green and took full advantage of the texture and whispy nature. As soon as I met with this Bride I knew I had to do what it took to do this wedding. Don’t forget, I am also in this for my dream come true too!
