This Hearty Crockpot Cowboy Soup is one of those throw-it-in-and-let-it-cook dinners that always hits the spot 🤠🥔✨

It is warm, filling, easy to make, and packed with hearty beef, potatoes, and veggies in every bite. This is the kind of cozy crockpot meal that makes busy days so much easier and always gets everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
4 Yukon Gold potatoes
2 cans mixed vegetables, undrained
1 can sweet corn, undrained
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can cut green beans, undrained
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain off any grease.

3. Add the cooked ground beef and cubed potatoes to a large slow cooker.

4. Pour in the mixed vegetables, sweet corn, green beans, condensed tomato soup, and petite diced tomatoes.

5. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.

6. Add the sugar, which gives this soup that little extra flavor that makes it so good.

7. Stir everything together really well so all the ingredients are evenly combined.

8. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the soup is hot and hearty.

Recipe Notes
You can use fresh or frozen vegetables if you want, but you will need to add a can or two of beef stock if you do. If you are using canned vegetables, you do not need extra liquid because the juices from the cans help make the broth.

Ingredients: • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
• 4 cups milk
• 1 package (14.3 oz) Nabisco Oreo Cookies, crushed
• 1 container (16 oz) fresh Driscoll’s Strawberries
• 1 bag (12 oz) Wilton Orange Candy Melts

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding and milk until the mixture starts to thicken, then let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Melt the Wilton Orange Candy Melts according to the package directions until smooth.

3. Dip the whole Driscoll’s Strawberries into the melted orange candy, leaving the green tops uncovered so they look like little carrots, then place them on wax paper to dry.

4. Spoon the chocolate pudding into clear plastic cups, filling each one about halfway.

5. Sprinkle a thick layer of crushed Nabisco Oreo Cookies over the top so it looks like dirt.

6. Place one orange-dipped strawberry carrot into the center of each cup and serve.

Instructions:

2. Whisk in the Knox unflavored gelatin and keep stirring until it is fully dissolved and smooth.

Ingredients:

1 large bunch of fresh green grapes, washed and dried

1 large bag of Jolly Rancher Hard Candy, sorted by flavor

1 bag of Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar

Ziploc bags

Instructions:

1. Separate the Jolly Rancher Hard Candies by color and place each color into a heavy-duty Ziploc bag.

2. Use a rolling pin to crush the candies into a fine, colorful powder.

3. Skewer the fresh green grapes onto toothpicks so they are easy to dip and coat.

• 1 (8oz) block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)

• 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

• 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)

• 1 bag (10.5oz) Reese's Minis Peanut Butter Cups

• 1 bottle Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Instructions:

1. Line the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with a single layer of Nutter Butter cookies.

2. Beat the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Jif Creamy Peanut Butter together until totally smooth.

3. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the peanut butter mixture until it becomes a light mousse.

Every single year I make a huge batch of this and every single year it's completely gone before Easter Sunday even arrives. 🐰😂
We call it Bunny Bait in our house and I have been making it since my kids were little. It takes about 15 minutes, costs almost nothing, and it is genuinely one of those snacks that nobody can stop eating once they start. The white chocolate coats everything in this gorgeous crispy shell and then the powdered sugar goes on in pastel colours so it looks like something out of a candy store window.
Bag it up in little cellophane bags tied with ribbon and it's the prettiest Easter gift you can give a neighbour, a teacher, or a coworker. Or just make it for yourself and eat it straight out of the bowl. No judgment here. 😍
