You guys are seriously not ready for how good this garlic herb shrimp looks! π¦π§β¨ Look at those juices running... the rich, buttery flavor is actually insane! Plump, juicy shrimp slow-cooked to tender perfection in a pooling garlic butter sauce, flecked with red chili flakes and fresh herbs. Served hot over a bed of seasoned penne pasta, it is the ultimate quick and comforting meal! π€€
π INGREDIENTS
1.5-2 lbs large shrimp (peeled and devined)
ΒΌ cup butter (melted)
2 tbsp olive oil
5-6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp red chili flakes (for a little kick)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
Cooked penne pasta for serving
