On Friday, January 5th @ 7pm CDT we will be getting together at Blue Island Beer Company for our monthly BOSS Meeting.

This is our annual Chili Cook-Off! The rules for the chili competition are as follows: The chili must incorporate beer- whatever beer you want to use. We will be using hotel pans and Sterno to serve the chili, so don’t bother with a crockpot, just bring it in something that will keep it warm. It would be a good idea to include a card with a brief description to put beside your chili, and/or a bottle/can of the beer used. Please bring approximately one gallon of chili. The standard meeting fee will be waived for anyone bringing chili! If you would like, feel free to also bring chili accompaniments, etc.

Style for the month is 11B Best Bitter. Please bring any home brewed or pro examples to share.

This meeting is open to BOSS members and their guests. Members $10, guests $15. Fee waived if you bring a chili. Each person planning on attending should fill out this form.

Please RSVP by Midnight Tuesday January 3rd.
