Trying a new low sugar recipe, which made a deliciously tart plum jam with a hint of sweetness. It is also a little firmer than my traditional jams. Message me if you would like some!

🫑🌶️Who is ready for some jalapeño pepper jelly!?🙋🏼‍♀️ It’s sweet and very mildly spicy. Perfect for some baked Brie, cheese and crackers, or your morning toast with some cream cheese!🥯

🎉 FINALLY it’s fruit season! And I have been taking full advantage of all the beautiful fruits and canning all the jams!
First up is an amazing peach jam made with peaches 🍑. Next we have some blueberry jam made with blueberries from a friend’s bush🫐. Then some plum jam made with home grown plums picked straight off our sweet neighbors tree down the street! And finally I only have (4) 1/2pint cans of strawberry 🍓 jam left and it is SO good!

Get excited people! I’m making a few batches of candied jalapeños today! I should have (8) pint jars available, $8 each!
If you have never tried these I have some 1/2 pint and 1/4 pint jars available too. They are GREAT on a burger, taco, cornbread…really anything you want to add some spice to. I also really like making margaritas and throwing a few jalapeños and a little of the syrup in with it. Adds just the right amount of sweet & spice!
