The project is now complete. We have removed all the tile and vinyl flooring, leveled the floor, installed 4-inch white oak number two, and subsequently stained it to meet the customer's satisfaction, finishing it with a satin coat. The outcome is truly exceptional.

The project is complete. The final coat has been applied and everything is neatly wrapped up. This beautiful home is now ready for occupancy. The finish features an 11-inch white oak with our Arboritec satin finish.

We are currently working on a project that involves removing existing tile and laminate flooring and installing new 4-inch character-grade White Oak flooring which required floor leveling.

Have you noticed the new historical marker outside City Opera House? Chad & Leo agree that it’s great (and easier to read when the sun’s not in your eyes 😅😂) The new one fixes some historic architect errors and names Gretchen Votruba who was the driving force behind donating the building in the late '70s. Thanks to Michigan History Center , City of Traverse City , Peg Poeschl Siciliano , Frank Vito Dituri and all who dug deep to shine a light on our past!!

We are currently applying a hand-stained finish to red oak, utilizing a gun stock color. Every item is meticulously stained by hand, where the stain is applied and wiped off manually to ensure an even acceptance after the wood has been properly prepared.

 Small bedroom refinish completed!
This 100-year-old floor was in rough shape, but we brought it back to life and matched it perfectly to the existing hardwood in the home. Amazing transformation for a small space with big character.
