I created a small planter box that would be awesome for small spaces. If you live in a condo or apartment and still would like to grow something without taking up much room, then a planter box like this would be perfect. I can build them to specified dimensions so they are custom and unique to your space.

They’d also work great as a makeshift cooler with a bit of ice.

Earlier this year I decided to try building some simple planter boxes out of cedar fence pickets. Fast forward to today, I have built and sold several of them in various sizes.

Thus was born Knotty Wood Handcrafts.

A place where I can share builds and my journey creating new and unique items.

This will be focused mainly around wood working projects but will also allow me to share other things I have built and shared or given as gifts in the past, such as lamps, candles, and other various items.

I will be sharing builds I have already completed and future ones. Glad to have you along on my journey.

After years of making things for family and friends, I finally decided to create a place to share my work.

Welcome to Knotty Wood Handcraft! Most of what you’ll see here will be handcrafted wood projects, with other occasional projects such as candles, lamps from recycled bottles, and various other creations that catch my interest. I enjoy building things that are simple, functional, and made to last.
