For every project, I create a spatial rendering to make sure the space isn’t just beautiful. It should also be functional, comfortable, and designed to work for the way you actually live.

Spatial planning allows us to visualize the flow of a room, make sure furniture is properly scaled and positioned, create comfortable walkways, and maximize every inch of the space before anything is purchased or installed.

Because a beautiful room means so much more when it functions beautifully, too.

The second we saw it, we fell in love with its character and charm. Our goal is to remodel it while preserving as much of the original character as possible.

I love a good design trend, but I don’t design homes around them.

When I’m selecting finishes, materials, and fixtures, I’m always thinking about how they’ll look years from now, not just what’s popular today. Timeless design creates a home that feels beautiful in every season, without the need to constantly update it to keep up with the latest trend.

Trends will always come and go. Great design never goes out of style.

You guys… I still can’t believe this is the same backyard. 😳 We actually got a negative Airbnb review because of how bad it looked.

Thanks to ’s Black Friday in July Sale, we completely transformed this small backyard on a budget, and I’m not exaggerating when I say the before and after is WILD.

My favorite finds:
✨ Cedar privacy panels + faux trees for instant privacy
✨ Solar lighting (no electrical required and they make such a huge impact at night)
✨ Modular outdoor furniture that can be configured so many different ways
✨ Fire pit
✨ 24”x24” pavers with pea gravel (such an affordable DIY that looks high-end)
