Back to the project that has been under witness protection. 🤫

Remember that super secret crochet project I disappeared into a while back? Well... it's finally time to tackle the part I've been avoiding the most—weaving in what feels like a million ends.

It's not the most glamorous part of crocheting, but it's what stands between "almost finished" and "ready to gift." I'm determined to get this beauty wrapped up once and for all!

I can't share the finished project just yet since it won't be gifted until August, but trust me... the reveal will be worth the wait.

Until then, it's me, a yarn needle, and a whole lot of ends to weave in. Wish me luck!

Busy little hands and baseball season chaos over here today ⚾

Prepping for the Memorial Day parade on Monday with the baseball team! Between cutting, sticking, sorting, and trying to keep tiny helpers from “helping” too much … the house may be a mess, but the memories are worth it.

One thing about this mama — if there’s a team event, holiday, or reason to craft, you know I’m going all in ❤️💙

Some days the chaos feels like it’s winning… and honestly, that’s okay. 💙

This rainy Saturday looks a little different over here. The crochet hook is getting set down for a bit while I tackle the 5 loads of unfolded laundry I’ve been avoiding. Meanwhile, the boys are turning their rooms into complete disasters while they play together.

And you know what? Those messy rooms can wait.

Because they’re making memories, laughing together, and being kids. And today, mama is accomplishing something too — one load, one room, one step at a time.

Crafting can wait for a day. The chaos will still be here tomorrow. But today is about giving myself grace and doing what I can.
