For those not familiar with the town of Valensole in the south of France, it can best be described in two words: lavender fields!
If you've seen those incredible photos of French Provençal lavender fields on social media or travel websites, they were probably taken around the plateau of Valensole.
When the French linen manufacturer L'Ensoleillade was looking for a fitting name for their new lavender pattern, Valensole was the obvious choice!
