🇺🇸 Another beautiful quilt headed home! 🇺🇸

Kate created this striking quilt using a collection of military-themed fabrics, and I had the pleasure of getting it quilted and ready for the final finishing touches.

We chose Good Vibrations from .elementz for the quilting design. The flowing curves add wonderful texture and movement while softening the strong geometric lines of the piecing.

The quilting is complete, trimmed, and the binding has been attached to the front—now it’s ready for Kate to relax with some hand stitching and put the finishing touches on this special quilt. ❤️

There’s nothing better than seeing a quilt so close to the finish line!

🇺🇸 First quilt and absolutely gorgeous! 🇺🇸

Haley made this beautiful flag quilt as a gift for her mom, and I’m honored she trusted me with the quilting. It’s hard to believe this is her first quilt—the fabric choices, piecing, and overall design came together so beautifully!

We chose the Good Vibrations pantograph, which was the perfect fit. The flowing curves add movement across the quilt and echo the waving flags throughout the design without overwhelming the piecing.

There’s something extra special about a handmade gift, and I know this quilt will be treasured for years to come. ❤️

Don’t throw away those bonus HSTs! ✂️✨

I saved the extra half-square triangles from stitch-and-flip corners on my Memorial Day Amelia quilt and turned them into throw pillows. This one has an easy envelope back and French seam finish, so there’s no binding required. A quick project that uses up scraps and adds a handmade touch to your home! 🏡🧵

✨ There’s something extra special about helping finish a quilt that’s been waiting decades to be loved. ✨

Tammy brought me this quilt top that had been tucked away for around 40 years, waiting for its final chapter. I always feel honored to help complete these treasured projects and preserve the memories stitched into every block.

For the quilting, I chose the Delicate pantograph from . The soft floral motifs complement the vintage floral fabrics beautifully, while the gentle arches give a subtle nod to the classic Baptist Fan design. It adds texture and movement without taking away from the charm of the quilt top itself.

After 40 years, this quilt is finally finished and ready to be enjoyed for generations to come. ❤️
