Do these seem like difficult windows to clean?

No grids. House is a ranch so windows are easy access. Landscape pretty flat. Access is certainly not an issue.

There was paint and glue in certain spots due to construction on the home along with your standard pollen, hard water, bugs, etc.

Honestly, pretty standard for windows.

What’s crazy is that we are the third (recent) window cleaner for this Cincinnati home!

This amazing customer described the recent cleaners as not polite and not caring. They left streaks and spots, even some scratches. Plus, how is there still construction residue on these windows?

Well, let’s just say that she was ecstatic about the results we delivered!

Sure, this job took slightly longer than it usually would. But we went the whole nine yards!

We don’t guarantee the removal of every type of residue but if it can come off without risking window damage, we are going to get it done.

Now this customer wants recurring service going forward and our lives will honestly be easier thanks to the work we performed today. The difficult specks and grime is removed so we can just focus on delivering streak-free work!
