Handmade 30" x 30" wreath built on a reclaimed whiskey barrel ring, wrapped with copper, ornamental grass and crowned with a burst of fiery red nandina leaves.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece made entirely from foraged and garden-grown materials from my yard . The barrel ring still has its original moss and patina, sealed with a clear coat to lock in all that texture and rust-kissed charm.

Wilderroot & Whimsy 🌿

I guess this is my way of saying… I’m still here.
Just a little quieter, a little deeper, and a lot more rooted than before.

Some of you knew me as Anne’s Doodles…
but this—this feels more like home.

Wilderroot & Whimsy is where I let things grow a little wild, a little imperfect, a little magical.
Old wood, weathered pieces, forgotten things… brought back to life with flowers, texture, and a whole lot of heart.

Nothing I make is perfect—
and that’s kind of the point.

It’s meant to feel like something you stumbled upon…
something that’s been there all along, just waiting to be noticed.

I’ll be sharing more of what I’ve been creating—
bunnies that don’t belong to just one season,
wreaths that feel like stories,
and pieces that carry a little bit of soul in them.
