Join us May 21 at 6:00 pm, for an evening of conversation, reflection, and community as artists, Charlie Silver and artist/therapist, Lamar Whidbee, share stories, experiences, and purpose behind their work.

Through personal journeys of healing, resilience, and creativity, this exhibit explores how art can bring meaning, hope, and restoration to both viewer and artist alike. It highlights the importance of art in mental health and honors Veterans during National Military Appreciation Month.

Come and enjoy the opportunity to greet the artists, hear the inspiration behind the artwork, and engage in thoughtful discussion about the power of art to heal and transform.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new handmade gilded frame line, Déjà View.

For 50 years in business we have committed to quality and high standards in framing. Owner, Charles Younger has dreamed of creating frames from our workshop and our team has made that a reality! Starting from raw wood, we build, design and gild all Déjà View frames in our workshop. We are proud of this new venture, come in with your ideas and challenging projects, to put our staff to the test.

Déjà View was created in the small, but mighty workshop at Frameworks Gallery and Frame Design in Raleigh North Carolina. Our Déjà View frame line is handmade and gilded in-house, creating a unique frame that will fit any home.

At Frameworks, we have always believed that art tells stories-and that sometimes it helps people heal.

Thank you to the artists who joined us for our Art Design Event last night led by Lamar Whidbee, artist, educator and mental health counselor. The conversation, creativity, and camaraderie in the room made for a truly meaningful evening. We are grateful for a community that believes in the power of art to comfort, connect, and inspire.
