To all customers, here's a PSA.

We will -never- ship tarantulas or anything other than priority overnight. It's incredibly dangerous. Heat/phase packs wouldn't even last that long.

Also, do not harass businesses about a cheaper deal, with absolutely no relationship prior. It's so rude.

If you have done business with me, you know we run as cheap as we can possibly be, from pet memorials and art to our exotics. You would also know, I'm not against a good deal. I love doing trades, and I ship freebies out all the time. I however, will not do a " better deal" on an already underpriced tarantula , when you only want to purchase one. Send multiple emails, and messages on morph.

It's also the weekend. We don't ship- and are not expected to be available 24/7 . Just because you can now message sellers any time of day any day of the week does not mean we need to respond. It's the weekend, and a holiday weekend at that.

I have blocked this person's name, but this kind of interaction with any business owner is just ludacris.

Build a relationship with your breeder/sellers. Or in the very least- respect them. I do not want customers that lack common courtesy, and I will NEVER ship my animals in any manner that could jeopardize their lives, especially so someone feels like they got a deal. Never. I take great pride in my shipping. And I respect my animals and my customers too much to cut corners.

Also, don't do business with a seller who isn't going to ship overnight.

We think we found our new favorite animal!!!
