Home decor tip: natural lighting is your best friend. It’s vital to a gorgeous space.

Books are also a great accent piece for a shelf. I actually bought two of these books at GoodWill based off of their cover color (you can’t beat books for 50 cents) and I painted one of them. The vase is from the dollar store ($1) and I painted it with acrylic paint mixed with baking powder to add a pottery-style look. 🤗💗 You don’t have to spend a million, to look a million😘

This is my first carpentry project and....

It’s filled with imperfections, and all the little things that show my lack of experience. But I LOVE it! I love that this will one day be the piece I can look back on and laugh at.
