Garden time plate.

Homemade is always good , that too homemade using home grown veggies is completely satisfying soul food.

Using Methi seeds/ fenugreek seeds grown nice fresh Methi and made Methi paratha.. Paratha using Home grown methi is so soft and very tasty.

Hello mango lovers…
Have you ever tried Mango Shikarni (Aamras) with Bili Holige/ Hittina Holige / Godhi rotti ?

This is very simple to make and it tastes heavenly.. you should try this once in this Mango season..
We got some Indian Alphonso mangoes from Patel brothers in Nashville and enjoying these delicious food..

Baking and decorating cake is always fun..

I made this delicious and cute cake for a cat loving girl. Birthday girl and everyone in the party loved the cake. It is eggless vanilla cake with strawberry 🍓 filled 4 layer cake with whipped cream frosting. I enjoyed baking and decorating this beautiful cake.

After long time made North Karnataka special / ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ special -Jolada roti , Yannegayi badanekayi , Junakada Vadi and salad. Everything was delicious and everyone loved it.
