I cannot CAUTION the public enough about this poorly run business, “Linen Salvage”. Please do not just take my word for it but research them with the Better Business Bureau for yourself. In addition, you’ll find various reviews and posts online that all have very similar experiences, complaints & disappointments. The owner of the company will delete negative comments that appear on individual posts on the page, for example you may see that it says 10 comments but only one or two will be visible - those will generally be a couple complimentary words about the item pictured is all.
As a business owner of over 20 years, I’ve never encountered any bedding company or business as dishonest and unprofessional as this one. You order, pay up front and never receive your items, even if they’re advertised as quick ship items, weeks will go by with no delivery. When you email, call or text to check status they repeatedly ignore the messages. Eventually if you do get a response it is a variety of excuses and additional dishonesty. The product appears beautiful online, but I cannot stress enough to do your homework, there are many bedding companies that work with linen & percale cotton that exist with honesty, integrity, quality and genuinely appreciate and value your business- this is not one of those companies. - Olde World Interiors , April 2025
