This afternoon was a wound care follow up and picking up prescription refills. We stopped at for Slushies and pretzel sticks. Now I'm home, enjoying my treats with dogs in my lap. It's almost crochet time.

I was hoping the "read" ribbon would show across the screenshot. Oh well. I just finished reading A Court of Thorns and Roses. I loved it. I need to crochet some before I start the next book.

Thursday afternoon I was getting ready to go to physical therapy when I tripped and fell. I was walking down the hall and tripped over *something.* Maybe just my own two feet. I don't know.

I jammed my right wrist, bruised both knees, and sprained my right ankle.

My ankle has been so swollen. Even the bottom of my foot. The inside of my ankle is showing some bruising. It's going to be colorful.

Today I was told to get it x-rayed to make sure there isn't a hairline fracture or anything.

Meanwhile, where's my bubble wrap?

We got the makings for strawberry shortcake yesterday. I've spent the morning getting strawberries cut and prepped. There were some huge berries in there!

It's my birthday. Yes, there are 50 candles on that cake. I had meant to have a blog post up for today. It didn't happen for a variety of reasons. I'll have one up soon though. I'll be sure to post a link when I do.

Since I started using a cane 2 years ago, I've been paying more attention to accessibility. Today, I had to take this picture. It's at a local shopping center. The wheelchair ramp is directly in front of a large column. How is anyone supposed to use that?
