There’s something about rolling the windows down, feeling the wind on my face and the rain on my hands, that feels like therapy to me.

Travel fills my soul in ways I can’t explain. Seeing new places, chasing adventures, and making memories with my family is where I feel most alive. But if I’m being real, travel also brings me a lot of anxiety. The planning, the long drives, the unknowns, and the “what ifs” can be overwhelming sometimes.

Yet somehow, once I’m on the road, watching the mountains pass by and feeling the air rush in, it reminds me why I keep going.

Am I the only one who feels this way? Do you love to travel but still get anxious before or during a trip? What helps you enjoy the journey instead of worrying about it?
