A few things we’re excited about today at the Brattleboro Farmers Market:
1. Raspberry Pie. Vegan. Gluten free. Sweetened with local maple sugar.
2. Those pie berries are 100% homegrown.
3. Vanilla cake with strawberry frosting and chocolate ganache drizzle. The frosting is made from powdered Nordic berries I got on a most special trip to Finland
