Whipped Butter! Have you discovered this? A few years ago a friend enlightened me that you whip together equal parts butter and your favourite oil to make an economical and spreadable whipped butter. When looking for recipes most suggested adding water or milk but I don’t think that would last as long. Once whipped it’s easy to make flavoured varieties like garlic or cinnamon by just taking whatever quantity you need and whipping it in. Recipe in pics.
