I’ve been busy in the shop making a MONSTER of a project! It’s another outdoor project that I was requested to make, that was different than anything else I have worked on so far!

But, until it’s in the clients hands, I’m just going to share this teaser! Anyone have any ideas to what it could be? Drop them down in the comments!

The last show of August is upon us! This coming Saturday will be my last appearance at Vermilion's "Market in the Park" at Victory Park in Vermilion! I'm going to have all of my usual stuff, along with some Halloween products! After all, it is officially that spooky time of year! 🎃

Dates and times are being finalized for the next few months, so I should be announcing those markets / dates soon! Ive got some exciting things in the works, so stay tuned for that announcement in the next few weeks!

The lid repair is completed! This was a fun project that had me doing processes that I normally don’t do. (Like replicating old trim work) But it was a blast to challenge myself on it, and me (along with the client) are happy with the results!

We are back in the shop working on the first major step of the Haunted Mansion Changing Portrait prop! It’s time to do what was honestly to me, the most nerve wrecking part of this prop build: lining up the vinyl.

In the end it came out great! See how I went about attaching both the Medusa and Gorgon prints, and then f course for the big test to see if the plan, is going to work!

I got a different kind of project in the shop! I’m use to building a project from scratch! But repairing and an older project? Well, that’s a new one for me! A new challenge for The Final Cut Woodworking!

We have officially shipped to over HALF of the USA! (26 out of 50 states!)

A big thank you to everyone who has supported my small woodworking business over the last year (and more before) through your messages, shares, and of course buying products or commissions! I would be here today with out all you great folk!

We still have plenty to go, so let’s see if we can reach 35 out of 50 states before the end of the year! (Im looking at you states that haven’t been colored in!)
