I had the opportunity to cater for an amazing organization — Save the Chimps! 🐒💚
Remember, Kas’s Kitchen is open for catering, with accommodations available for any event!
We were grateful for the chance to serve 30 guests with a full vegan menu, including:
✨ Appetizers
• Stuffed Mushrooms — silver dollar mushrooms filled with creamy vegan cheese, roasted peppers, and fresh herbs (vegetarian/available vegan)
• Eggplant Parmesan Bites — crispy breaded eggplant layered with marinara and mozzarella in bite-sized form (vegetarian/available vegan)
• Vegetable Medley with Hummus — fresh seasonal veggies served with edamame & chickpea hummus (vegan)
• Fruit & Cracker Charcuterie — fresh fruit, artisan crackers, and vegan cheeses (vegan)
🍽 Entrées
• Cuban Black Beans & Sweet Plantains — served with fragrant coconut rice and mango salsa (vegan, gluten-free)
• Vegan Spinach Artichoke Pasta — creamy cashew-based pasta with spinach, artichokes, and garlic (vegan)
• Caponata — Sicilian-style roasted eggplant and vegetables with capers, olives, and tomato (vegan)
• Grilled Jerk Tofu & Plantains — marinated jerk-spiced tofu with caramelized plantains and mango salsa (vegan)
