For Hubby's birthday I made a layer tiramisu cake.
He has been asking me to make one for a while now, so I figured his birthday can be extra special if he gets the cake of his dreams ☺️☺️
I didn't have a chance to take proper pictures before we ate some of it, But HEY! It was a success 🥳🥳

Happy mother's day to all the amazing hard working and loving women out there ! Enjoy this weekend, it is ALL about you ❤️

For this mother's day I made 4 different cupcakes:
* Chocolate cupcakes with pistachio buttercream
* Chocolate cupcakes with salty chocolate buttercream
* Vanilla Heath bar cupcakes filled with Carmel and salted caramel buttercream
* Blueberry cupcakes filled with blueberry jam and blueberry buttercream.

3 layers of rich chocolate cake, peanut butter flavored buttercream, Reese's pieces, chocolate peanut butter cup and white chocolate peanut butter cup, that's all it takes to make this fun Halloween inspired birthday cake:)

Halloween inspired birthday cake 🎂
This 3 layers chocolate cake has peanut butter buttercream in between the layers and all round it.
And it can't be a proper Reese's cake without loading it with some Reese's pieces, chocolate Reese's cup and white Reese's cup 🤗🎉🤗🎉 it's a whole celebration to your eyes and your taste buds 🥳😉

Playing around with colors and chocolate is probably one of my favorite things and I just I love doing it!
Moist chocolate cake layers🍫, Hazelnut Buttercream🥰 and Chocolate mirror glaze 🤩
Simple and perfect 😊
And the birthday boy was very happy !!
Did you guess he likes to play video games ?? 😆😆😆

Sure did was a lot of hard work and many hours on my feet to make all of these but it's nothing compared to the hard work and long hours that the medical industry employees are going through since the beginning of covid-19! It was a honor for me to make these boxes full of bakegoods for them :)
Lemon cupcakes with blueberry french butter cream, mini Portuguese tarts and vegan butter cookies sandwich with strawberry and spiced wine homemade jam are just a few of the things I had for them.
Keep with the hard work !!! We are THANKFUL for all of you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

For my mother in law birthday I made her this festive birthday cake:)
4 layers of Pumpkin spice cake and white velvet Funfetti cake.
In between the layers I used salted caramel Italian buttercream, salted caramel and pumpkin spice chopped almonds :)
To make it extra fitting to the fall season I decorated it with cute buttercream pumpkins around the cake and on top I placed some beautiful seasonal and romantic fresh flowers !
