Owners Jason and Jennifer James started the business in 2000 after years of keeping the Walla Walla YMCA in tiptop shape.
“People started asking me to do their windows and I did that for several years,” Jason recalls. “I took the plunge into full time with this business.”
Customer satisfaction has always been at the top of Jason’s priorities.
“If there’s ever an issue I want to be able to fix that.
I try to make sure people are taken care of,” he says.
“If I can’t do the job, I will find someone I trust to do it.”
