✨ Forged on Main is Growing ✨

Hey friends 🤍

I’ve been praying and thinking a lot lately about the future of Forged on Main, and I truly feel like it’s time to start looking for the right person to grow alongside me.

I’m located in Warrior, Alabama, and Forged on Main is a home-based business that I run from my home workshop.

This is a VERY part-time, flexible position to start, around 4–8 hours per week during normal seasons, mostly weekday afternoons.

However, additional hours will absolutely be needed during busy seasons, holiday prep, and vendor show weeks. During those times, hours could increase to around 10–20+ hours per week depending on production needs and event schedules.

I’m looking for someone who would enjoy helping with things like:
✨ prepping inventory
✨ helping launch new products
✨ packaging + organizing
✨ helping produce stock for shows
✨ helping at vendor markets/events
✨ busy season production help
✨ brainstorming and growing with the business

This would be an amazing fit for someone who:
🤍 loves small business life
🤍 enjoys creative/hands-on work
🤍 is dependable and proactive
🤍 values faith, family, and meaningful work
🤍 enjoys working as part of a team
🤍 isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
🤍 is comfortable with flexible hours that change seasonally

Experience is NOT required. Personality, work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn matter much more to me.

This is a growth-stage position, so responsibilities and opportunities will likely grow as the business grows. Starting pay will depend on experience and availability, with opportunities for bonuses during busy seasons and markets.

Some pieces aren’t meant to be rushed, and this was one of them. Quiet, personal, and made with so much care. Creating something that helps tell a story like this is not something I ever take lightly.
I don’t really have the right words for pieces like this one — and honestly, I don’t think they need many.
