¡Esto sí que es un plato contundente! Chuletas de res perfectamente selladas, brillantes por sus jugos naturales, acompañadas de una fresca ensalada de aguacate y tomate que equilibra la intensidad con la frescura. Alto en proteínas, bajo en carbohidratos y con el auténtico sabor de un restaurante de carnes, ¡pero en casa! ¡Vamos a prepararlo como se debe!

🛒 Ingredientes

Para la carne:

2 chuletas de res (de costilla o lomo)
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
2 dientes de ajo picados
1 cucharada de mantequilla
Sal al gusto
Pimienta negra recién molida
1 cucharadita de perejil seco o fresco picado

Para la ensalada de aguacate y tomate:

1 aguacate maduro en rodajas
1 o 2 tomates medianos en rodajas
1 taza de lechuga o repollo rallado
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Sal al gusto
Pimienta negra
Hierbas secas (perejil o mezcla italiana)
