- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- Pickles, for serving
Instructions:
Start by preheating a skillet over medium-high heat. Form the ground bratwurst into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized. Pour in the Oktoberfest beer and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly reduced. Return the brat patties to the skillet and let them braise in the beer mixture for another 5 minutes. While the patties are braising, mix the Bavarian mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Toast the burger buns in a separate skillet with butter until golden brown. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each brat patty and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted. 300 g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate if you prefer)
2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (helps the chocolate set smoothly)
For the filling:
1 liter vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you like — coffee, caramel, hazelnut work great)
1 chocolate sponge cake or brownies crumbs (optional, for bottom layer)
For topping:
Crushed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, or peanuts)
Chocolate chips or curls
Coffee beans or cocoa nibs (optional, for decoration)
Instructions:
Prepare the chocolate shell
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave (30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth).
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Pour half of the melted chocolate into the pan. Use a spoon to spread and coat the entire inside. Freeze for 5–10 minutes until firm.

2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup (10g) fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Instructions:
