Growing up as a little girl in the small community of Belle Vieux-Fort, south of the beautiful island of St. Lucia I used to always get in trouble for stealing my family’s clothing and redesigning it (yes that was straight up stealing lol). I always thought it was too boring and something was missing! It needed that spark, that thing that would create a jaw-dropping effect. All I needed was a nee

dle and thread and a pair of scissors. It didn’t matter if the color of the thread was not the same as the fabric! I was so good sewing by hand; there was no way that you would see the color of the thread. During that time I knew nothing of a sewing machine; never saw one in real life, maybe just on TV. I just knew I wanted to sew and I sewed!!! Can you imagine, I never had sewing lessons??? Hmmmm…many people have asked. But what was most interesting is that I always used to redesign the clothing to suit me, for me to wear and not the owner. At that time I used to live with my great-grandaunt and she disciplined the heck out of me but that never stopped me. Nothing or no one stopped me. I was determined… This is my dream, my passion, my zeal! I know I was born to do this! Ideas pops in my dreams, ideas pops up while I am eating, drinking, dancing, walking, working. They pop up at all times! Moving to another country where there is a wide variety and easy access to the items I needed gave me a much more drive to go after this dream! I finally owned a sewing machine. Mind you no one taught me how to use it! My curious and driven mind proved that I can do this all by myself, and I did. I have done quite a bit of pieces which has not been displayed or been made known to the public that this was done by me. Most people now know me as Bella, a nick name given to me by someone special and dear to me. The story behind this nick name is another one to tell but we will not take over my FASHION and DESIGN dream here. I decided to use my nick name and create a name for my dream company. Bella’s Unique Creations (BUC). The vision I have for BUC is just too dramatic to put in writing but I know one day this will all come to reality and dramatic will be jaw dropping to many of you. My designs are innovative, bold, trending, exquisite, and even stimulating! I can take any simple piece and turn it into something amazing, something daring, something fun, and something that you just can’t wait to put it on! Something that makes you feel like it’s a red carpet moment every time you wear it. To be continued….

Background for this!!!

Customer placed her order for her V-Neck tees! Send her first order and they were a bit too small! She asked for bigger size and even paid for the new order! Never once did she say I will return the first ones as her main goal was to support BUC! I accidentally mailed the 2nd order to her address where she is away from! Oops Bella made an error! I tried to cancel the shipping but somehow it was still processed! Ok, let's just forget about it and mail a new one! Bam; mailed the new one and customer received both 2nd and 3rd order!! I know i may have lost money for the 2nd order but my customer came first! I could have dealt with the lost but thank God both orders were received and one is being mailed back to me! And then this text came in....
