There’s just something about walking up to your storefront on a beautiful Friday morning… ☀️

The fresh smell of Clorox after a good power washing, sparkling windows, and a clean slate waiting for all the finishing touches. It’s hard to explain, but it makes me so happy.

Still not open just yet, but next we’re adding signs, bringing out the planters and staging the windows. So excited to be in the final stages and watching Pheasant & Fern Home become everything we’ve imagined.

There’s just something special about the Fourth of July…

The sound of flags gently waving, rocking chairs on the front porch, fresh flowers by the door, kids chasing fireflies, and neighbors gathering as the sun goes down. It’s a reminder that home isn’t just a place—it’s the memories we make there.

As America celebrates 250 years, we’re grateful for the freedom to gather, to dream, to build homes we love, and to serve this wonderful community.

Painting… definitely not my favorite part of this process. 😅

I can’t list, I’d much rather be decorating and unpacking boxes, but it’s got to be done!

Lots of late nights around here lately, but every hour is getting us one step closer to opening! 🤍

I’m so thankful for a husband who’s always willing to jump in and help, no matter what needs to be done. This dream wouldn’t be possible without his support, and I don’t take that for granted. Can’t wait to show you what we are working on.
