I’ve wanted to do this since the day I started woodworking.
The response to this bed has been bigger than anything I expected, and it’s given me the chance to build my first real production run.
Twelve beds. Not a factory line, just twelve, each one solid black walnut, numbered and signed, built on my bench here in Watkinsville, GA.
The Prince is my medium of art first and a bed second. I go through the walnut board by board and choose each one for its grain and color, then arrange them so the pattern carries across the whole piece. No veneers, no shortcuts. Traditional joinery, built to outlast all of us.
First run pricing is $6,800 for a king and $6,400 for a queen. That’s well under what a solid walnut four poster usually runs, and it’s for this first run only. Wherever I can, I’ll deliver and set up your bed myself, in time for the holidays.
Here’s how it works: join the waitlist now, and you get first access when reservations open in early August. Twelve beds, first come first served. A deposit holds your bed and your spot in line.
