Our Saturday menu is officially posted, and we’re excited to bake for you again this weekend!
📲 Preorders Are Open
You can preorder through the Start Order button on our page or on our website homepage.
Preordering closes Thursday night, so make sure to reserve your favorites early.
Our preorder form also includes additional items that are not on this week’s booth menu, so you can still order your favorites even if they aren’t listed for Saturday.

🧁 Small‑Batch Bakery
We bake everything fresh — never frozen — and always in small batches to keep the quality high.
Because we bake this way, we only make a limited amount of each item.
If something sells out, the menu will update Friday night so you know exactly what’s still available.

Salsa friends — our salsa shelf has officially been restocked!
Your favorites are back, including:
🔥 La Tejana – Fire Roasted Habanero
🌶️ El Güero – Our “milder” Habanero
Both are included in this round of restock and ready for pickup.
And now for the exciting part — we’re finally introducing a brand‑new salsa from our kitchen. It’s been a while since we’ve released a new creation, but this one has been worth the wait.
✨ La Marketa – Medium Heat Habanero Salsa
Our first medium‑heat salsa, crafted for the Waxahachie Farmers Market community, who has inspired this flavor over the past couple of years. It’s bright, balanced, and finished with a blend of lemon & lime juice for that fresh, vibrant lift that makes market‑style salsa so special.
This is a small‑batch salsa, and we’ll have samples available at its debut this Saturday so you can taste it before you take a jar home.
We can’t wait for you to try it — thank you for supporting our small‑batch salsa kitchen and keeping these flavors alive.

Laminated with garlic + herbs in every fold and baked with Kerrygold for that rich, buttery flavor.

🥯 Sourdough Bagels — Plain & Everything
Long‑fermented with our heritage San Francisco starter + a touch of Texas honey.
Soft launch last week… full send this week.

🍓 Strawberry Sweet Rolls
Back again because y’all asked — and because they disappear every time.
