Oops, I accidentally dropped off the face of the (social media) earth for a while. 😅
Actually, it’s been a very hard couple of months personally. I have still been working and completing orders, I just haven’t had the energy for posting about it. But it’s a new month and what better way to hop back on it than doing a reintroduction post!
Hi, my name is Katie, I’ve been preserving flowers in resin for over 6 years now. While floral preservation is my main service, I also offer ready made decor items that are all available on my website or can be found at Plants and Pages Shop in Waynesville, MO.
I am a one woman show, I preserve the flowers, make the pieces, do the social media and everything that is required, sometimes suggested, even the down right annoying tasks that come with owning and solo running a business!
I’ve had a range of success from going viral to going months without a sale thanks to the dreaded algorithm, but every piece I make is a piece of me.
I started Resin in Bloom as an outlet to be able to express myself because I believe that everyone needs at least one art form to do that, even if it’s badly.
What you’ll find on this page is mainly photos of finished pieces and demolding videos.
What you won’t see is AI generated anything, just real hard work by an individual that still questions the title artist in what I do.
I love flowers and bugs and books and my family.
