I finally found something I have no clue how to cook. Chorizo! First of all, what are y’all doing with all that grease? 😟 Second, how do you make chorizo and eggs? These look awful.

Third, my son ate a huge bowl with tortillas so it must taste better than it looks. 😖

Protein Packed Keto Chicken Nuggets… These are really good!

I tried the 3 ingredient chicken nuggets that’s gone viral… It’s 1 can - [12.5 oz]of chicken (drained), 1 large egg and 1 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese (approximately 2.5-3 oz) Use seasons of your choice (I used onion and garlic powder with cayenne) Mix together well and form nuggets with your hands. (This batch made 11 nuggets)

Air fry at 400° for 18 minutes flipping halfway through. I was shocked at how good they are! I’ll definitely keep making these. 😋

Per Nugget: 59 calories|0 net carbs|8 grams protein

I’ve been experimenting with adding some healthy carbs back into my diet… I made overnight oats and they were good! Recipe below 👇🏼

1 Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
1/2 cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Small handful of fresh blueberries

Mix together in container, stir well & refrigerate overnight. 🫐

441 calories | 27 net carbs | 40 grams protein
