✨ Bull Skull Update ✨

Working on the next bull skull piece and I have a whole new appreciation for feather artists! 😅

I thought putting together feather and bead accents would be the easy part, but it turns out selecting feathers, matching colors, arranging the layers, and securing everything is a lot more tedious than it looks.

I’m loving how the natural browns, creams, and hints of teal are tying into the design so far. Now I just need to figure out the best way to attach these feather bundles to wax cord so they can hang beautifully from the horns.

What do you think so far? Would you add more feathers, beads, or leave it simple and natural?

🩷 Hat Update 🩷

I wanted to give everyone a quick update on the custom burned hats.

After putting out feelers and reaching out to those who expressed interest, I’ve decided to hold off on placing a bulk hat order for now and instead focus my creative energy on my bull skulls and other current projects.

To keep hat prices as affordable as possible, I need to purchase blanks in larger quantities. At this time, there simply hasn’t been enough confirmed interest for me to make that investment responsibly.

As a small business owner, I’m working on being more mindful about where I put my time, energy, and money. While creating is something I truly love, I also want to make thoughtful decisions that make sense for both my business and my family.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who showed interest, and I’m sorry if this is disappointing. This isn’t a permanent goodbye to custom hats—just a pause. I plan to revisit the idea closer to the holiday season when there may be more demand.

Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and understanding. It truly means more than you know. 🩷
