Introducing my homemade Butterb**r Mule!

Made with buttery brown sugar syrup, vodka, butterscotch schnapps, spicy ginger b**r, and a salted caramel vanilla whipped cream that magically transforms into the most glorious frothy topping. A little cinnamon and edible shimmer because, well… I’m a witch. 💙

And I’m not exaggerating when I say this might be the BEST butterb**r I’ve ever had. Sorry, Universal. 😂

Tonight’s kitchen creation: Korean-inspired beef bowls with jasmine rice, fresh cucumber, carrot ribbons, a crispy fried egg, and my favorite little twist… pan-seared mango with freshly grated ginger! 🤌

I started with leftover grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms, jammy eggs, and a coconut curry broth inspired by the viral dumpling bake… and now I might like this even more.
