What sets the EXPERT home stagers apart from the hobbyists?

Credibility.

You have an eye for design. You know a lot intuitively. But, this is the difference between being an Expert and being a Hobbyist:

Hobbyist: "I don't think there is enough room to get around this chair."
Expert: "There should be a minimum 36" walk space for traffic flow."

Hobbyist: "This picture needs to be hung higher."
Expert: "The center of the picture should be 62" from the floor."

Hobbyist: "The colors in this room feel a little too loud."
Expert: "We recommend taking down the blue drapes to tone down the peach in the walls. Since orange and blue are opposites on the color wheel, the contrast intensifies each color."
