WOW… has it been a busy summer.
I have 3 six packs of cupcakes for Small Batch Saturday tomorrow. Yes… only 3 six packs, that’s how busy it has been. Everything else is spoken for in orders.

Have something in mind? I’ll give it a go! You never know until you try it!

I think I rocked this special order!! It was an order for Inside Out Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes (simple… I can do those with my eyes closed) BUT THEN…. add in a special request for Kiddie Cocktail Cupcakes for a special almost 9 year old and some Boozy Blackberry Brandy Cupcakes for Phil.

The Kiddie Cocktail Cupcake is made with Sprite and Grenadine with a little bit of Cherry Emulsion and they are topped with a Homemade Cherry Buttercream (more emulsion and grenadine) with a stemmed cherry and cute little paper straw.

The Boozy Blackberry Cupcake has Blackberry Brandy and Blackberry Preserves in the batter and then there is Blackberry Brandy and Blackberry Emulsion in the Buttercream, it’s finished off with a fresh blackberry and a pipette of Blackberry Brandy.

Flying home from Denver and I will be back in the kitchen filling those orders! I have an order for something new this week, it’s a Boozie Blackberry Brandy Cupcake. I think I’m up to the challenge.
I also have an order for a special little girl that has requested a Kiddie Cocktail Cupcake.
It has been an amazing RA2026 Conference and visit with Katie and Bralak and now I can’t wait to be home!

Good morning peeps! I wanted to explain why I have appeared to be MIA this past week. I have not been MIA but rather I have been busy in Denver serving as an Indiana State Delegate at the National Education Association’s Representative Assembly, where I am representing teachers and ESPs across the state. After we convene tonight I will be traveling to Colorado Springs to visit Katie and then I will be back making all the YUMMINESS during the week of July 13th. It will be a BUSY couple of weeks at that point, I will be baking for two weddings, multiple birthday parties and an open house. Stay tuned! I have been missing the kitchen but this is important stuff!
