So it has been a couple weeks since we have done a Small Batch Saturday. I’ve been focusing on orders each week and not really baking any “extras” to do Small Batch Saturdays. If I made extras this coming week would anyone be interested in a Small Batch (4 pack or 6 pack) and if so what flavors have you been missing and craving? Let me know and I will see about making it happen!

What’s on your agenda for today. Here it’s some soccer, a pool closing and some house projects.

Have something in mind? I’ll give it a go! You never know until you try it!

I think I rocked this special order!! It was an order for Inside Out Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes (simple… I can do those with my eyes closed) BUT THEN…. add in a special request for Kiddie Cocktail Cupcakes for a special almost 9 year old and some Boozy Blackberry Brandy Cupcakes for Phil.

The Kiddie Cocktail Cupcake is made with Sprite and Grenadine with a little bit of Cherry Emulsion and they are topped with a Homemade Cherry Buttercream (more emulsion and grenadine) with a stemmed cherry and cute little paper straw.

The Boozy Blackberry Cupcake has Blackberry Brandy and Blackberry Preserves in the batter and then there is Blackberry Brandy and Blackberry Emulsion in the Buttercream, it’s finished off with a fresh blackberry and a pipette of Blackberry Brandy.

Thank you Makenzie Spencer for always pushing me and supporting Crafty Crumbles!

Flying home from Denver and I will be back in the kitchen filling those orders! I have an order for something new this week, it’s a Boozie Blackberry Brandy Cupcake. I think I’m up to the challenge.
I also have an order for a special little girl that has requested a Kiddie Cocktail Cupcake.
It has been an amazing RA2026 Conference and visit with Katie and Bralak and now I can’t wait to be home!
