🍦 Did you know you can make homemade ICE CREAM with just 3 simple ingredients? 😍

No long ingredient list, no unnecessary extras, and it takes only about 5 minutes to whip together!

Creamy, dreamy homemade ice cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• A splash of vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Directions:

1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix, or you’ll end up with butter! 😂
2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
3. Add a splash of vanilla and mix until combined.
4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm. 6 hours in my freezer.

That’s it! You’ve got delicious, creamy homemade vanilla ice cream!

Want chocolate? 🍫 No problem! Mix 1/3 cup cocoa powder into the sweetened condensed milk before folding it into the whipped cream.

And the fun doesn’t stop there! Get creative with your favorite add-ins. For this batch, I added a fresh-milled chocolate chip cookie, and let me tell you… YUM! 🍪

🐝 Let me tell y’all about the power of our Bee Balm! ✨

A friend came to me after years of struggling with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). She’d tried prescriptions and medicated creams, but nothing kept the flareups away. I made her a few different natural recipes to test, and one ended up working so well she was able to stop her medication completely! 🙌
