Been back in the woodshop making saw dust. Got commissioned to make a Cross back drop for a wedding. The cross is walnut and the base is elm. Finished with Rubio monocoat.

6ft 6 inches tall and 42 inches wide.

Spent some much needed mental health time in the bloody thumbs workshop making some dust. I love how it is turning out. Mixture of pecan, walnut and cherry. Final dimensions are 18x12x 2. Then I put a 1/4 inch round over on the edges. No juice groove or handles on this one. Even had my littlest one out there with me helping organize and lay this thing out. Could not be more happy how it is turning out.

Back in the shop. Batched out some walnut cutting boards. Two were already sold. These two remain.

They are sanded to 400 grit and water popped in between each grit. Already treated with mineral oil and will come with one board butter.

They measure 15.5x 9.75x1.4. Both are edge grain, so they are made to last.

Asking $150 each.

Will not ship, local pick up only.

Painted while I was at work. Got home and finished up the roof. One drip edge done. Will trim up the shingle later then add drip edge to the rest of the roof.
