Well, this was fun. Got to love repeat customers.

Was called out to come check out tile was coming up in the sun room. Decided it was time to take it up and replace with Lifeproof flooring. As we took up the tile noticed it wasn't really installed all that well and came up easier than expected. Nice turn out and customers loved it.

While there, the roof on the gazebo was old and needed to be replaced. This turned out to be a bigger challenge and think we killed it.

During our demo day we found this jem, sheetrock nails in the vent pipe. This is going to be a nice walk in shower for the mother that cant step into a tub any longer.

When the plumber was here to replace mixing valve and change drain we had them change the vent pipe. We gave them a little upgrade on lighting.
