Crispy & Flavorful Baked Cauliflower – A Healthy and Delicious Side
Ingredients:
For the Baked Cauliflower:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
For Garnish (Optional):
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Preheat Oven & Prepare Cauliflower:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Season the Cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the florets for extra crispiness.
Bake Until Golden & Crisp:
Spread cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
Serve & Garnish:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, fresh flavor.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a side dish with grilled meats, or enjoy as a healthy snack with a dipping sauce.
