Our Baby & Me Babywearing Workout is designed specifically for postpartum moms who want to safely return to movement without leaving their little one behind. This class will be led by KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer .The exercises will be gentle, low-impact and focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and supporting your postpartum recovery.

Baby & Me Workout with KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer 💪

Like many of us, I have a new baby at home and want to make time to feel like myself again but I’m not quite ready to leave my baby behind.

That’s why I invited Krupa of KC-Perinatal Fitness Trainer to lead a Baby & Me workout at Little Leaf! She specializes in low impact, pelvic floor-strengthening workouts designed for moms.
