Bri's Cakes & Crafts Cheesecakes and baked goods I'm just a disabled, queer, hobby baker that likes to sell cheesecakes and other baked goods to friends.

I'm not a proper business nor a professional--just some guy who likes to bake and share with folks. I've been baking cheesecakes since about 2016-2017 and baking other goods even longer than that.

With the end of the Spring promo comes Pride month! 10% of all proceeds this month will be donated to the Dallastown High School GSA so that my former GSA advisor can have extra funding to take the students to the annual Central PA GSA summit. Without Lori and GSA, I never would have stumbled into a 7 year career in community health education nor been on the board for the Rainbow Rose Center. Can't forget my tenure as a Spectrum York facilitator! All of my activism work wouldn't be possible without where I started and those who supported me, and the GSA summit was one of the places that inspired me. It's where I met a lot of very important people in my life as well and helped me put my foot in the door for ground roots activism here in York. I want to help the youth today and the advisor who made it possible by giving back, even if it's not much.

Please during this pride month put your money towards local small businesses and hobbyists.

Buy a sweet treat this month and do a bit of local good 💖

It was a very productive weekend with some baking and crocheting. New addition: our garden! We made this garden bed from some wooden pallets and a whole lot of vibes and probably not enough measuring 😅

I'm hopeful that the strawberry plants and blueberry bush will thrive so that I can use fresh, homegrown produce for my baked goods

I didn't think I'd be much of a homesteader type, but here I am.

Today I officially finished all of my current orders, projects, and gift exchanges. I have some crochet orders I'll be starting that people have been so incredibly patient with me for.

Since November I've made:

Over 100 cheesecake bars
An 8 in round
7 snowman ornaments
A chicken
Cinnamon rolls
Dinner Rolls
Blackberry jam
Apple Pie Jam
Chocolate Chip cookies
Cookie Ingredient Jars
Cakey Sugar Cookies
An apple pie with a biscoff crust
A metric ton of whipped cream
And a whole lot of other random miscellaneous items and food

I am so appreciative of everyone supporting me and my crafts all of 2025. I hope I can continue filling bellies, satisfying sweet tooths, and making pieces that people will treasure in 2026. That leads me to this:

I need a break. I was working 9-10 hour days at my job and keeping myself busy with other adventures/medical appointments on top of everything. I've been averaging 4-5 hours of sleep a night, and my body has had enough. I'll be back in Feb for Valentines!

The baking saga continues into December. I really hope to have time to make another flyer for the rest of the year.

As you can see, apple pie seems to be the fan favorite this holiday season (and rightfully so because it's delicious).

I don't think I've ever baked this much, so I appreciate everyone for fueling my passion 💖 I feel honored to have my desserts on your family tables

Some of the reviews I've gotten:
