Who needs a regular oven when you have coals? 🍪🔥 This giant Dutch oven skillet cookie is the perfect treat to share with the family. It’s soft, gooey, and topped with flaky sea salt—absolute heaven!

Ingredients:
The Wet Base:
¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract

The Dry Blend:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

The Mix-Ins & Finisher:
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt (Maldon style)
