We released baby pray mantis earlier in the month. I wonder if this guy is one of them. Hanging out on golden rod. Golden rod gets a bad rep because people confuse it with ragweed allergies. It’s a native plant naturally on my property and I intentionally planted the fireworks variety as well. It is a beautiful greenery and texture. And of course beautiful yellow flowers. I’m excited to start using it in bouquets this week. As you can tell pollinators love it too

This year the roadstand hasn’t had much traffic. But thankfully my market has been very busy. So with that being said I haven’t been consistently putting blooms at the road so I’m saving what I have for the market. Pleaseee feel free anytime to message me for flower stand pick up. I’m always happy to bop around the garden and cut you something. And I always post when I do open the stand.

I’m back at Trexlertown Farmers' Market this Saturday 9-12 at grange park. This week’s spotlight will be sunflower mixed bouquets. I cut them in this stage for you to enjoy longer at home. My dahlias are pretty slow right now. Impatiently waiting to have large amounts at a time. The mixes will consist of sunnies, celosia, zinnias, dahlias. Other bits and bobs too.
