POV: you’re learning to romanticize the little things again. 🍵💚

romanticizing the little things, one matcha at a time.

somewhere between the first sip and the last, I’m reminded that life is really about these little moments, good drinks, good days, and things worth savoring.

Tuesday lunch calls for a little homemade comfort food — my version of Giniling Kare-Kare. 🥜🍚✨

Cooking for one for now, enjoying every plate I make for myself… until there’s finally someone worth making a second plate for. 🤎

For now, one serving, one happy tummy, and one day at a time. 🍽️

A little Sunday comfort: whole wheat pasta bolognese made with love 🍝🤍

Cooking for one for now, until someday there’s someone special to make a second plate for. For now, I’ll just keep cooking and be better. ✨

Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated to be satisfying. ☀️🍞

Today’s Daily Tikim: sourdough toast layered with pesto, fresh mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of honey, with a side of edamame for that extra fiber and protein. Simple ingredients, fresh flavors, and the perfect way to start the day. 💚

Some cafés are worth coming back to and Type A is definitely one of them. ☕🤎

Second visit, and it still doesn’t disappoint. If you’re into cold brew, this spot knows exactly what it’s doing. Smooth, bold, and refreshing from the first sip to the last.

📍 Type A, NBS Park, Pioneer St, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Safe to say this one’s staying on my favorites. ✨

Another highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam was joining a coffee class and it turned out to be such a fun experience — especially meeting people from different nationalities and bonding over coffee, nonstop laughter, and good conversations.

We made Egg Coffee (which was surprisingly SO good 😭), Coconut Coffee, Salted Cream Coffee, and the classic Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. But what amazed me the most was trying an 80% Robusta + 20% Arabica blend for the first time. I never expected it to taste that good together — bold, smooth, and full of flavor.

Honestly, the whole class atmosphere was just pure fun, laughter, and learning. Definitely one of those travel experiences I’d recommend trying at least once 🤍

This is your sign to try a cooking class whenever you travel ✈️🍳

One of my favorite things to do when visiting a new country is exploring their food culture — not just by eating, but by learning how to cook it too. I’ve always loved cooking and trying different cuisines, so being able to join a cooking class while traveling makes the experience even more memorable.

From the Philippines 🇵🇭 to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳 — learning different cooking styles, ingredients, and local flavors was such a fun experience. Plus, you get to bring a piece of that culture home with you.

Travel, eat, learn, cook… repeat 🤍

This is your sign to go on a Food Tour via Scooter in Ho Chi Minh City 🇻🇳✨

Easily one of the BEST experiences from our trip, truly a 10/10 experience and we’d definitely do it again. The whole tour was so fun and the food was AMAZING. Everything we tried, from the food to the drinks, felt so authentic and full of flavor 🤤

And our tour guides honestly made the experience even better. They were so fun, welcoming, and friendly that by the end of the tour it felt like we were just hanging out with friends 🥹💛

We booked our food tour through Klook (Siagon Adventure), definitely a MUST try if you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City ✨
